Merger of European IT Storage Ltd. and EUROstor GmbH

Since the core business of European IT Storage Ltd. has increasingly focused mostly on the German and German-speaking market and on Central Europe it stood to reason to change the location of the head office as well.
Therefore, EUROstor GmBH was founded, subsequently merged with European IT Storage Ltd. and the company head office was relocated to Germany retroactively as of 1 January 2010.
All existing contracts and liabilities automatically devolve upon EUROstor GmbH.
